摘要: Abstract As an energy-saving and high-efficient stress relieving process, vibratory relief (VSR)’s influence of on fatigue life is still explicit needs further investigation. Standard specimens are manufactured to study the VSR effects 7075-T651 aluminium alloy behaviour. Dynamic stresses generated during vibration measured by strain gauge, residual with without compared validate effects. Eventually, tests conducted obtain behaviour treated different amplitudes. Experimental results show that when amplitude small enough (less than 0.01 mm), almost unaffected VSR. Fatigue increases changes from 0.01 0.04 mm. The limit 11.11% after 0.04 mm decreases increase 0.05 0.1 mm. 0.1 mm 11.11%, which should be deliberated in engineering application. It concluded low has positive life, high negative
