摘要: Inpatient pediatric cardiovascular patients have higher rates of cardiopulmonary arrests than other hospitalized children. Pediatric early warning scoring tools helped to provide identification and treatment children experiencing deterioration thus preventing from occurring. However, the rarely been used not validated in cardiac population. This paper describes modification a system for patients, implementation tool, its companion Escalation Care Algorithm on an inpatient unit.
