摘要: A new solution for an ultra-low-voltage, low-power, bulk-driven operational amplifier is presented in the paper. The based on a input stage, exploiting concept of partial positive feedback. As compared with prior work, proposed stage offers improvement all basic performance metrics, including such important parameters as input-referred noise and offset voltage. In order to improve DC voltage gain overall op-amp, novel high-input-resistance common-mode has also been proposed. Simulated 50 nm CMOS process supply 0.4 V shows power dissipation 24 $$\upmu $$μW, open-loop 60dB, gain-bandwidth product 2.18 MHz 20 pF load capacitance.
