摘要: Homelessness is a global issue and HIV, hepatitis C tuberculosis are known to be prevalent in this group. Homeless populations face significant barriers care. We aim summarise evidence of treatment initiation completion for homeless with these infections, their associated factors, through systematic review meta-analysis. will search MEDLINE, Embase CINAHL all study types conference abstracts looking at either (1) cohort experiencing homelessness least one C, active and/or latent infection (LTBI); (2) those who initiated treatment. perform meta-analysis the proportion each initiate complete treatment, as well analysis individual health system factors that may affect adherence levels. evaluate quality research papers using Newcastle-Ottawa scale. Given political emphasis on elimination diseases, current lack understanding effective equitable strategies populations, provide insight policy-makers service providers aiming improve healthcare.
