摘要: Yttrium iron garnet (YIG) was synthesized from a citrate gel containing ethylene glycol. The conditions for obtaining the pure phase depending on citric acid/ethylene glycol ratio were studied. sizes of obtained particles ranged 20 to 500 nm with annealing temperature. Particles exhibited rounded surface morphology, without faceted borders.
