摘要: MicroRNAs are evolutionarily conserved non-coding components of the transcriptome that can post-transcriptionally control gene expression. Altered microRNA expression has been found to be a common feature several cancers, including lung carcinomas. The biogenesis and maturation microRNAs is known mediated by ribonucleases Drosha, Dicer Ago2. purpose present study was investigate distribution Ago2 in human non-small cell carcinomas (NSCLC) relate the respective patterns clinocopatholical features. We used five NSCLC-derived lines primary formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue samples from 83 NSCLC patients. mRNA protein levels, their sub-cellular distributions, were assessed using RT-PCR, Western blotting, immunofluorescence immunohistochemistry, respectively. expressed all neoplastic non-neoplastic tested. intensity immunohistochemical staining significantly lower stage I tumors compared normal tissues. higher II tumors, III tumors. Our results point at role development suggest may implicated progression these advanced stages.
