摘要: Human diploid fibroblasts (WI38) were inoculated into Rose multipurpose culture chambers, using a high population density to develop confluency. After 24 hours, cells from 1 mm swath scraped the center of chamber. This cleared path was positioned permit an unobstructed transmission 0.9 X 20 beam light mW HeNe laser. As migrated, at 37 degrees C, laser scatter recorded, photomultiplier tube. Because amount proportional number migrating beam, system measured migration index cells. Slight variations in design this device could facilitate data collection during surveys toxic agents, fertility tests, and delayed hypersensitivity.
