摘要: It is demonstrated that well-defined Raman spectra can be obtained from the dragline silk of spider Nephila edulis, and bands also shift when fibre subject to mechanical deformation. This indicates protein molecules in undergo direct molecular deformation stretched. Hence, we demonstrate behaviour this natural polymer similar high-performance synthetic fibres.
