摘要: Quorum quenching-membrane bioreactors (QQ-MBRs) have been studied widely in recent decades. However, limited information is known about the influence of QQ on microbial community. In this study, indigenous bacterium Bacillus cereus HG10 was immobilized and used to control biofouling a bioreactor. beads caused extracellular polymeric substance reduction significantly hindered biofilm formation submerged membrane. Community profiling 16S rRNA gene amplicons revealed that dramatically altered bacterial community structure activated sludge but not biofilm. Bacterial presence showed clear divergence from groups at phylum, class, order, family, genus taxonomic ranks. A significant enrichment several genera, including Acinetobacter, Aeromonas, Delftia, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, depletion over 12 genera were observed. These findings would contribute better understanding why how bacteria impair membrane QQ-MBRs.
