摘要: Context Autoimmune pancreatitis is a rare disorder characterized by the systemic deposition of IgG4 plasma cells. Extrapancreatic manifestations autoimmune depend on site cell deposition. The most common extrapancreatic involvement bile duct followed retroperitoneum and kidneys. Case report We case patient with renal lesions who underwent MRI prior to after corticosteroid therapy.
