摘要: Abstract A high selective pre-treatment method for the analysis of sulphonylurea herbicides (SUHs) in rice grain samples based on molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (MISPE) was developed. The polymers (MIPs) were synthesised with adsorption capacity and suitable particle size using pyrazosulphuron ethyl (PS) as template by screening three porogens porogen volumes. resulting MIPs showed selectivity PS. MISPE procedure developed purification enrichment PS, bensulphuron methyl (BSM), tribenuron (TBM), metsulphuron (MSM) nicosulphuron (NS) from a sample prior to reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis. Average recoveries NS, MSM BSM 95.6%, 88.6%, 87.8% 89.4%, respectively, but recovery TBM lower (48.2%). This methodology extracting SUHs simple cleaner extractions. limits detection ranged 10.1 50.0 ng L − 1 . Five local analysed HPLC–MISPE, PS detected all five samples, while one sample.
