摘要: Much of the discussion on business ethics is philosophical in nature. There no lack theories and ideals moral reasoning. What missing translating these principles into specific, operational procedures that can indicate a proper course action. Although most actions are routine do not raise serious ethical questions, many people experience difficulty applying their personal to specific decisions ethically-dilemmatic situations. This study seeks develop framework be utilized implement reasoning based teleological theory Utilitarianism deontological Ross's Prima Facie Duties decision-making process. The central feature point-system quantities worth proposed action determines whether would ethically desirable if taken. It provides an objective element otherwise qualitative inquiry also illustrates practical applications system by analyzing implications where foreign bribery involved.
