摘要: Colloidal self-assembly has been one of the major driving themes in material science to obtain functional and advanced optical materials with complex architecture. Most nematic colloids reported so far are based on optically isotropic spherical microparticles. We study organic single crystal micro-sheets investigate their orientation, interaction directed assembly a liquid crystal. The induce planar surface anchoring elasticity mediated pair shows quadrupolar characteristics. average orientation angle cell between two homeotropic supported by Landau-de Gennes Q-tensor modeling. is assisted laser tweezer form larger two-dimensional structures which have potential for application photonics.
