摘要: There is increasing evidence that patients who have problems with binge eating (BE) or BE disorder (BED) are quite common among the severely obese, including bariatric surgery candidates. The literature suggests in many cases such behaviours improve after surgery, although this not uniformly true. current paper reviews data on development of BE, BED and loss control (LOC) impact these long-term weight outcome. A search was made various databases regarding LOC post-operatively patients. extracted from 15 research studies now examined question. Fourteen available suggest post-bariatric associated less and/or more regain surgery. These it important to identify individuals at high risk for problems, follow them post-operatively, and, if appropriate interventions can be developed occur order maximize outcomes.
