摘要: The rapid municipal solid waste growth of Birjand plain causes to find an appropriate site selection for the landfill. In order reduce negative impacts waste, use novel tools and technologies gain a suitable landfill seems imperative. present paper aimed exhibits Multi Criteria Evaluation (MCE) because till date action has not been implicated. research, parameters such as environmental socio-economical factors have used. like slope, water resources, soil parameters, landuse, fault protected areas in model effective criteria viz. distance from road, urban areas, village, airport, historical place, industries socio-economic were investigated with Weighted Linear Combination (WLC) Analytical Network Process (ANP) models compounded according Ordered Averaging (OWA) Fuzzy Linguistic Quantifier (LQ) aggregated. focuses on OWA method well approach integrating Geographic Information System (GIS) OWA. developed generalization multi-criteria combination. this study we attained comparable data via technique ANP five scenarios results field studies, fifth scenario area proposed. Based research findings, had great potential flexibility modeling complex decision-making problems.
