摘要: Supported gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) exhibit unique catalytic properties for the oxidation of organic compounds. The activities and selectivities supported Au catalysts largely depend on kind support particle size Au. For alcohols to aldehydes ketones, reducibility metal oxide (MOx) supports plays a prominent role, while basicity or particles are more important factors non-reducible MOx, non-oxides, other supports. effect is pronounced dehydrogenation than aerobic because takes place mainly low-coordinated edge corner atoms. Oxidation alkenes epoxides using O2 as sole oxidant has been achieved by clusters having diameter 2 nm less. cyclohexane oxidant, presence Bronsted acid sites contributes production K/A oil. also affects reaction rate product selectivity; sub-nanometer exhibited significantly higher activity oil selectivity NPs.
