摘要: A flexible, thick film, electroluminescent lamp and method of construction in which a single non-hygroscopic binder is used for all layers (with the optional exception rear electrode), thereby reducing delamination as result temperature changes susceptibility to moisture. The includes fluoropolymer resin, namely polyvinylidene fluoride, has ultraviolet radiation absorbing characteristics. use common both phosphor adjacent dielectric reduces failure due localized heating, thus increasing light output given voltage excitation frequency, ability withstand overvoltage conditions without failure. lamps may be made by screen printing, spraying, roller coating or vacuum deposition, although printing preferred. By multilayer process, unique control illumination achieved.
