摘要: Tropical pyomyositis is aStaphylococcus aureusinfection of muscles reported primarily in tropical countries but seen with increasing frequency temperate climates. Due to its rarity the developed diagnosis may not be considered immediately, and involved break down become abscessed. Diagnosis most reliably made by recovery pus from a muscle aspirate.
