摘要: The expression of c-Fos, an immediately early gene, is a marker neural activity. In the present study, effect treadmill exercise on c-Fos was investigated in various regions rat hippocampus via immunohistochemistry. first part experiment aimed at determining dependence intensity exercise. most hippocampal studied, increasing observed with intensity. second experiment, duration investigated. induced by mild-intensity increased until 7th day and subsequently decreased. Results study suggest that neuronal activity intensity-and duration-dependent.
