摘要: A collagen was isolated from squid skin, a processing waste product. The biofunctional activities of enzymatic skin hydrolysates were determined to produce value-added material. Five low-molecular-mass hydrolysate fractions, F1 (>30 kD), F2 (10-30 F3 (3-10 F4 (1-3 and F5 (<1 manufactured its by ultrafiltration. Fraction had the strongest antihyaluronidase inhibitory activity. Gly, Val, Pro major amino acids in F3, while Met, Tyr, His minor ones. molecular mass range 3.4 10 kD. exhibited copper chelating ability concentration-dependent manner. ferrous almost 50% at 200 µg/mL. also inhibited tyrosinase activity 39.65% 1 mg/mL. Furthermore, stronger hydroxyl radical scavenging (IC50 = 149.94 µg/mL) than ascorbic acid 212.94 µg/mL). Therefore, can be utilized as nutraceutical or cosmeceutical agent.
