摘要: In this paper, the method of acceleration curve controlled and optimized was researched based on vehicle's two types crash conditions C-NCAP, curves FRB (Front Rigid Barrier impact) ODB (Offset Deformable were divided into several different phases with relative to structure deformation status. According changes collision, adjust strength key parts, make peak values intrusions meet demand target. As an example, we studied safety performance A0-class vehicle. From CAE analysis results original case, found that impact intrusion is slightly beyond target, value basically objectives. But are largely By using above-mentioned principle, accelerations achieved design goals, according rules vehicle in real collision tests have satisfactory results.
