摘要: Abstract A simple apparatus and technique are described for measuring contact angles formed by liquid drops on solid surfaces. The procedure is a modification of one 25 years ago Langmuir Schaeffer. It based observation the angle at which light from point source reflected drop surface its with solid. gives results same, within experimental error, as those obtained other investigators who used usual “drop profile” method. has advantages ease construction operation, ruggedness, low cost coupled high precision accuracy.
