摘要: With the ever-growing number of transgenic mice being used in vision research, a precise knowledge cellular organization mouse retina is required. As with cat, rabbit, rat, and primate retinae, as many 10 cone bipolar types one rod type can be expected to exist retina; however, they still have defined. In current study, several immunocytochemical markers were applied sections retina, labeling cells was studied using confocal microscopy electron microscopy. By antibodies against neurokinin-3 receptor NK3R; plasma membrane calcium ATPase1 (PMCA1); (Ca)-binding proteins CaB1, CaB5, caldendrin, recoverin, three different OFF-cone could identified. One ON-cone cell identified through its immunoreactivity for CaB5 PMCA1. Rod cells, comparable morphology those other mammalian expressed protein kinase Cα CaB5. It also shown that putative receive light signals flat contacts at pedicle base, whereas signaling involves invaginating contacts. The distribution kainate subunit GluR5 by contacts; it appears involved only certain cells. This suggests their sets glutamate receptors.
