摘要: Cellular biopolomers have the specific property of transforming chemical energy into mechanical work. This specificity is basis cellular movements in general, from cell division to motility. We describe here how actin assembly, absence or presence molecular motors, can generate forces that eventually lead movements. present state-of-the-art single filament and many force generation. show all cases, generic models be built are independent detailed mechanism, agreement with experimental results quantifications based on stripped-down systems designed using purified proteins extracts.
