摘要: Aims: To evaluate ‘Advanced Access’ in general practice, and assess its impact on patients, practice organisation, activity, staff. Method results: This research was based a comparison 48 practices, half of which operated systems which did not (designated ‘control’ practices). These were recruited from 12 representative Primary Care Trusts (PCTs). From within these practices, eight (four four control) selected in-depth case study using ethnographic approach.
