摘要: With the help of chemical modification silicon surfaces, FTIR-ATR was developed into a biosensing method to monitor biochemical processes on surfaces. In this proof-of principle work, crystals were covalently modified by oligonucleotides and two model systems investigated, including recognition anti-thrombin aptamer with thrombin organic molecule binding double helix DNA sequence-specific photocleavage. The affinity photocleavage reagent towards quantitatively measured. Thus, it shown that proposed FTIR-ATR-based allows for high-sensitive label-free detection various biological systems.
