摘要: The high-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin E (IgE), FcepsilonRI, plays a central role in the initiation and control of atopic allergic inflammation. On mast cells basophils, function is well known constitutes cellular degranulation release various mediators. FcepsilonRI on antigen-presenting (APCs), however, does not lead to preformed granula, but has different functions: signal transduction pathways like activation NF-kappaB are initiated induce inflammatory cytokine gene expression. In addition, APCs acts as an allergen-focusing structure can efficiently amplify allergen presentation IgE-dependent manner. Recently, we others have gained new insight into regulation APCs, which shed light modulating effects immune system
