Contribuição do sistema radicular de mudas micropropagadas na absorção de nitrogênio de abacaxizeiro cultivar Vitória

摘要: This study intended to evaluate the contribution of preformed roots pineapple micropropagated seedlings cultivar Vitoria on plant growth and nitrogen (N) absorption in first months growth. Micropropagated stayed 75 days a substrate greenhouse, when they were transplanted pots with 5 kg soil. An incomplete factorial design five replicates was applied, three treatments root pruning (without pruning, half total pruning), four times N application (at transplanting, 30, 60 90 after transplant - DAT), dates harvest (30, 60, 120 DAT). In samplings, dry matter accumulation shoot measured. Root area determined by digital image analysis, influx into estimated analysis. Plants without presented higher mass, than plants at every harvest. Application transplanting or 30 DAT provided end experiment. Time did not affect mass accumulation, but receiving had DAT. showed roots, compensating partially their lower area. It is concluded that partial reduced plant, late application.
