摘要: Results: Serum TNF-α increased significantly in the control group during regeneration period. The low dose of L-carnitine (100 mg/kg) decreased elevation whereas high (200 it. In group, IGF-1 level first 24 h after surgery and then increased. behaved similarly groups. malondialdehyde decreased. Similarly L carnitine groups, a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: Three types biochemical pathways are essential liver regeneration: cytokine, growth factor, metabolic pathways. We conclude that, addition to its effects on energy metabolism, high-dose may promote by increasing IGF-1, TNF-α, decreasing malondialdehyde.
