摘要: This paper examines the robustness of an advanced adaptive controller against system noise and abrupt parameter changes. Recursive extended least squares (RELS) is incorporated in a self-tuning which uses enhanced linear-quadratic control algorithm. Simulations are given to demonstrate effectiveness noisy environment. The that being controlled piecewise linear with independent input time-scheduled changes unknown by controller. Effects level examined along trade-offs must be considered regarding probing-signal strength level. this shown benefit from use RELS place RLS. >
