摘要: Microcomputer-based laboratory (MBL) tools and guided discovery curricula have been developed as an aid to all students, including the underprepared underserved, in learning physical concepts. To guide this development, extensive work has done find useful measures of students’ conceptual understanding that can be used widely varying contexts. This paper focuses primarily on evaluation student mechanics (kinematics dynamics) with emphasis Newton’s 1st 2nd laws introductory courses university. Student is looked at before after traditional instruction. It examined MBL are consciously designed promote active collaborative by students. The results show majority students difficulty essential concepts best our where read textbooks, solve textbook problems, listen well-prepared lectures, do activities. Students can, however, learn these fundamental using Interactive Lecture Demonstrations which based classroom research. Substantial evidence given answers short answer questions Tools for Scientific Thinking Force Motion Conceptual Evaluation provide a statistical means evaluating beliefs understandings about mechanics. Evidence hierarchical velocity, acceleration, force presented.
