摘要: The major issue of the follow-up period is early detection recurrent and second tumors. Beside this, a team specialized physicians nurses should take care patient in terms quality life rehabilitation. Follow-up appointments therefore include physical examination with office-based endoscopy, ultrasonography, radiological imaging, dental evaluation, blood testing for TSH EBV, voice swallowing pain management, QoL-Questionnaire, nutritional psychological evaluation treatment. be managed by multidisciplinary group certified health professionals order to achieve best results outcome patients.
