摘要: The phosphoinositide 3' kinase signaling pathway is activated in response to a plethora of growth factors and cytokines, initiates cascade events primarily via the induction specific protein-serine/threonine kinases. Interest has been driven by its frequent aberrant activation disease impact on cell fate decisions owing roles survival metabolic control. There have recent advances our understanding primary components this pathway, namely phosphoinositide-dependent kinase-1, protein B glycogen synthase kinase-3, including insights into their mechanisms regulation, substrate proteins cellular functions.
