摘要: To evaluate the sartorius muscle as an alternative donor site for functional transfer, neurovascular anatomy of was studied in 42 human specimens (22 fresh and 20 preserved). Eleven adult cadavers were injected with a mixture lead oxide, gelatin water (200 ml/kg) through common carotid femoral arteries. The its pedicles dissected, radiographed. also dissected out 10 preserved cadavers. thus analyzed muscles. results show that each nerve supplying is accompanied by one vascular pedicle, forming hilum. Within muscle, most nerves vessels divide early, their branches run parallel to other fibers. Many anastomose form intricate network. We conclude it possible subdivide into units harvest segmental flap pedicle transfer.
