Vocational Ethics as a Subspecialty of Business Ethics – Structuring a Research and Teaching Field

摘要: Vocational ethics and vocational moral socialization are important for the business ethical climate in a given country industry, but have not received attention literature. Our article suggests as legitimate sub-specialty research development. The addresses exposure of students to combination school-based workplace-based socialization, outlines an agenda teaching-oriented research-based teaching. More specifically, we first draft conceptual frame reference then report results experiences from scenario-based pilot study at one biggest schools country. As third step such preliminary situation analysis inspires number suggestions how could start with developing this field, practically, empirically theoretically.
