摘要: Green synthesis using biological agents has been an effective approach for the preparation of various forms nanoparticles. In this study, according to a green protocol, ethanolic and aqueous extracts Urtica dioica L. have utilized zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs). To evaluate physical characteristics ZnO NPs, common techniques such as X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR), Photoluminescence (PL) UV-visible spectroscopy employed. Analysis XRD patterns confirmed hexagonal wurtzite structure crystallite size was calculated Debye–Scherrer formula be 19 28 nm. Also, shape NPs were determined FESEM. The FTIR results presence functional groups in NP structure. Some assays including vitro cytotoxicity, hemolytic, antibacterial activities performed NPs. cytotoxic effects after exposure different concentrations (5–200 μg mL−1) at 24, 48 72 h. Light microscopic examination cell viability measured MTT assay. demonstrated that prepared had lower toxicity than those fibroblast MCF-7 lines. showed good blood biocompatibility also reliable against both Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria.
