摘要: Abstract A unified explanation of magic numbers in small clusters rare-gas and alkali atoms is presented. Our equilibrium geometries are based on the softness spheres standing for atoms. Atoms presented by soft exhibit at n1=1, 13, 55, 147, 309, 561,…, while those hard n2=2, 8, 20, 40, 58, 90,….
