Gravitational search algorithm with both attractive and repulsive forces

摘要: The gravitational search algorithm (GSA) is a meta-heuristic optimization which inspired by the gravity force. This uses Newton’s and motion laws to calculate masses interactions shows high performance in solving problems. premature convergence common drawback of heuristic algorithms high-dimensional problems, GSA not an exception. In this paper, new version proposed improve power exploration exploitation. has both attractive repulsive forces. algorithm, heavy particles attract some repulse others, forces are inversely proportional their distances. For better evaluation, with (AR-GSA) tested using CEC 2013 benchmark functions results compared well-known algorithms. simulation show that AR-GSA can rate, exploration, exploitation capabilities GSA.
