摘要: In the last decade numerous studies on electrophysiology of endocrine cells have firmly established important role played by membrane electrical events in “stimulus-release coupling”16. However, very recent development patch clamp techniques8 has made it possible to undertake a detailed characterization ionic conductances present these cells, and elucidate their precise regulation secretion. Among different channels so far identified are several types K-channels that not only for action potential duration, thus amount Ca entry, but also because some target secretagogues intracellular messengers. Different K- been β-cells (see this workshop) as well chromaffin13,25 pituitary adrenocortical cells21.
