摘要: Abstract The methods of dynamic light scattering and micro-rheology were used to investigate the molecular organization humic acids in solutions. obtained results supplemented by ultraviolet/visible spectrometry measurement zeta potential. Particle tracking was for first time as a novel method research. Solutions prepared three different mediums: NaOH, NaCl, NaOH neutralized HCl after dissolution sample. studied over wide concentration range (0.01–10 g dm−3). Two breaks detected dependencies. rearrangements observed at concentrations around 0.02 g dm−3 1 g dm−3. Changes measured values less noticeable related formation particles between 100 1000 nm size strong bimodal character systems diluted NaCl. “switch-over point” 1 g dm−3 indicated changes secondary structure connected with increase colloidal stability (decrease potential), decrease polydispersity, minimal viscosity.
