Electrical measurements on CoO and NiO single crystals

摘要: Abstract Resistivity measurements were carried out on pure CoO and Li-doped CoO. A change in the activation energy was observed for doped at 20°C (Neel point). Hall effect performed also NiO. The mobility increases with temperature region 100°–300°K; its value room found to be 0.25 cm2/V sec.
