摘要: A pervaporation flow injection (PFI) method is described for the determination of ammonia in beers. After injecting sample into a NaOH donor solution, and other volatiles are transferred unit from stream to an acceptor containing sodium salicylate nitroprusside, which subsequently mixes with alkaline dichloroisocyanurate allow classical Berthelot reaction take place.
