摘要: The inheritance of a previously identified dominant Rf gene in the confection sunflower line RHA 280 has been determined and designated as Rf 3 . This study reports mapping locus using an F2 population 227 individuals derived from CMS HA 89-3149 × RHA 280. Bulked segregant analysis with 624 pairs simple sequence repeat (SSR) primers tagged site (STS) two polymorphic SSR markers each linkage groups (LGs) 7 11 previous map. Results on 90 42 LGs indicated that was linked eight LG 7, including five (ORS328, ORS331, ORS928, ORS966, ORS1092) three expressed tag (EST)-SSR (HT619-1, HT619-2, HT1013). Further total co-dominant marker, ORS328, to at genetic distance 0.7 cM one side, female-dominant marker HT1013 12.6 cM proximal other side; 47.1 cM for covered. is first report sunflower. closely will facilitate marker-assisted selection, provide basis cloning this gene.
