摘要: This article reports on the results of a qualitative study Black faculty working in counseling and psychology programs. investigation involved use semistructured interviews to explore racial microaggressions members reportedly experienced academia. Results analysis indicated that 7 primary microaggression themes were perceived by participants, including alternating feelings invisibility hypervisibility, receiving inadequate mentoring, difficulties determining whether discrimination was race or gender based.
