摘要: Houston has been the energy capital of world for many years. A large portion its economy depends on sector. However, it experienced several oil busts in past decades. There are questions about economic resilience Houston: Is ready next bust? Should further diversify economy? This paper will analyze data and examine Houston. Spatial analyzed a GIS-based risk model is developed to evaluate Houston’s neighborhoods.
