摘要: Houston has been the energy capital of world for many years. A large portion its economy depends on sector. However, it experienced several oil busts in past decades. There are questions about economic resilience Houston: Is ready next bust? Should further diversify economy? This paper will analyze data and examine Houston. Spatial analyzed a GIS-based risk model is developed to evaluate Houston’s neighborhoods. The takes into account multiple factors such as house ownership neighborhood, availability public transportation, average education level residents, etc. purpose this help us understand neighborhood case another bust
