摘要: Based on titanium dioxide nanotubes (TDNTs) as a solid phase extraction adsorbent, microcolumn preconcentration method coupled with inductively plasma mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of trace gold and silver in environmental biological samples. The effect various experimental parameters such pH, sample flow rate volume, elution solution interfering ions retention analytes investigated systematically. results showed that were retained TDNTs pH range 3.0–5.0 desorbed quantitatively 2.0 mL 1.0 mol L−1 HNO3 containing 1.5% thiourea. An enrichment factor 100 achieved. Under optimum conditions, detection limits (3σ) this 0.0013 ng mL−1 0.018 Au Ag, relative standard deviations 2.7% 4.1% Ag (n = 9, c 0.5 mL−1), respectively. This applied to natural water certified reference material human hair (GBW 07601) satisfactory results.
