摘要: The aim of the present study is to evaluate relationship total antioxidant capacity, oxidant status, oxidative stres and free sulfydryl groups in patients with diabetic nondiabetic senil cataract. was carried out on venous blood samples from 70 subjects admitted ophtalmology clinic a research hospital. Of these, 25 were senile Type 2 cataract who using oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin. Fourty-five comprised control group. Total status (TOS), capacity (TAC) -SH levels measured sera Serum TAS TOS determined novel automated measurement method. Oxidative TAC calculation index. OSI significantly higher than (p=0.008, p=0.013), respectively. similiar two (p = 0.17, p=0.54).
