摘要: This review deals with recent changes in understanding of physiologic mechanisms involved vasovagal syncope. The approach is not comprehensive but attempts to integrate new findings older studies. major clinical presentations the condition and recognized triggers are discussed first, followed by a summary how laboratory methods allow better reflex. A sequence sympathohemodynamic events during tilt-induced syncope suggested based on several different research approaches. aim dissect out for hypotension, then current knowledge clarify sequence.
