摘要: Publisher Summary The separation of molecules in capillary electrophoresis (CE) is based on the electrically driven flow ions solution. In most cases, CE exhibits greater speed and better efficiency easier to automate than are conventional slab-gel or liquid chromatography (LC). Two competing forces, electroosmotic (EOF) electrophoretic mobility (μ ep ), involved zone (CZE). EOF generated by ionized silanol groups fused silica moves direction cathode. dependent both size charge analyte. migration time a result sum these two forces. Micellar electrokinetic (MEKC) involves addition surfactant such as sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) run buffer. This produces micelles with hydrophobic interiors charged exteriors. Capillary gel (CGE) can be considered hybrid because it consists solid network covalently anchored surface.
