摘要: Mouse F9 teratocarcinoma cells are an established model for the differentiation of extra-embryonic endoderm (ExEn). Primitive endoderm, parietal and visceral can be generated by stimulation with retinoic acid dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate. Here we show that Wnt/β-Catenin signaling is down-regulated during ExEn in inhibition Wnt pathway promotes three lineages. achieved through IGF pathway, which up-regulated differentiation. antagonizes stimulating transcription axin2 stabilizing Axin1 protein.
