摘要: Mouse F9 teratocarcinoma cells are an established model for the differentiation of extra-embryonic endoderm (ExEn). Primitive endoderm, parietal and visceral can be generated by stimulation with retinoic acid dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate.
